Robinson Investments LTD., a warehousing/logistics company as well as a commercial and residential real estate developer as known today, was incorporated in 1998 but predecessor and affiliated entitles started investing in Ohio industrial real estate in 1970. In 1990 Jerry Robinson and a partner formed Fed Two Inc., purchasing land, building many types of commercial properties, and leasing or selling the properties. In 1998, Jerry partnered with two of his sons, Matt and Mark.

Today the Robinsons own and operate approximately 4,000,000 square feet of warehousing and commercial properties located in Midwest Ohio. We have expanded our services to include a trucking/logistics company, Logan Express, LLC and a successful commercial and residential construction division, Robinson Building Solutions. Robinson Investments was awarded the Integrity in Business Award for Logan County Chamber in 2012.

We are a family owned business serving Ohio's commercial and industrial property needs, from general construction, real estate speculation, real estate development, warehousing and logistics. Through the years we have grown and expanded our services employing 140 members to our team.
